What is the Paleo Diet?
The paleo diet is a lifestyle of eating the way our ancestors ate thousands of years ago during the Paleolithic era. The Paleo Diet was founded by a team of diet experts and anthropologists who did more than 20 years of research before publishing it into an awesome book: The Paleo Diet: Lose Weight and Get Healthy by Eating the Foods You Were Designed to Eat
Ultimately, as a Paleo Urban Farmer, the only things you will be eating are:
- Grass-Fed Meat
- Wild Caught Fish
- Farm Fresh Eggs
- Farm Fresh Fruits and Veggies
- Nuts & Seeds
What you will not eat includes:
- Legumes/Beans (You can if you grew them yourself of course!)
- Refined Sugar (Honey from your urban bees is A-OK!)
- Processed Foods
